ekriha is a listings platform connecting owners and renters. It is not a rental agency and is not a party to any contract or transaction between the two parties.

Although we review every listing manually before it goes live, the accuracy of the information (prices, photos, specifications, availability) remains the sole responsibility of the listing owner, and ekriha does not guarantee it.

Booking and payment happen directly between the renter and the listing owner, outside the platform. ekriha receives no payments for bookings, does not collect them, and will never ask you to pay online to book a car or an apartment.

Our standing advice: inspect the car or apartment before paying, put the agreement in a written rental contract, and never transfer money in advance before verifying the other party.

The "Verified" badge only means our team confirmed that the agency or the property genuinely exists, after reviewing proof of activity and the required photos; it is neither a guarantee of service nor an endorsement by ekriha.

Licences, commercial registration and other legal paperwork remain the sole responsibility of the listing owner: ekriha does not verify them and accepts no responsibility for them. We stand with the Algerian state in fighting forgery and unlicensed activity in every form it prohibits, we recognise the considerable efforts the authorities make in this area, and we remove any listing shown to be in breach. To protect yourself, ask the agency or the property owner to show you their licence and paperwork directly before agreeing to anything.

Any dispute between renter and listing owner is resolved between them under Algerian law. You can always report a listing via the "Report" button; we will review it and take appropriate action.

Ekriha does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform. The service may pause for maintenance or a technical fault, and we are not liable for a rental missed as a result.

Prices are set by owners alone; they are indicative and may change. The final price, the rental period, any deposit and all other conditions are agreed directly with the owner on the call.

Map positions are approximate. A home’s pin is deliberately offset to protect the privacy of the people living there and does not show the real address, which the owner gives you on the phone. Do not rely on the map alone to reach a place.

The platform may carry advertising space or links to external sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; their presence is not a recommendation.

To the extent permitted by Algerian law, Ekriha is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from a transaction between a renter and an owner, for the accuracy of published content, or for any sum paid outside the platform.
